Ramp added 126 people to its roster over the recent 30-day window, per Inkling's roster tracking. Gross new hires totaled 154 during the same period.
Engineering led hiring with 54 new joiners. Sales brought on 44 people, though the function also saw 10 departures. Customer Service and Operations each added 12 people.
The hiring push reflects concentrated growth in core functions. Engineering made up roughly a third of all new hires, while Sales and Customer Service together accounted for more than half of gross additions.
