Anthropic added 263 people in recent month

Anthropic brought on 304 new employees over roughly the past 30 days, per Inkling's roster tracking, for a net headcount gain of 263 after departures.

Engineering led the hiring push with 91 new joiners, followed by Operations at 61 and another function with 60 new hires. Sales added 18 people. The company saw 10 departures from Research over the same period.

The intake reflects Anthropic's ongoing build-out across technical and business infrastructure. The company, which develops Claude, a large language model, has been ramping headcount to support product development and commercialization efforts.
