Adventist Health cuts 125 jobs across 21 California facilities

Adventist Health is laying off 125 employees across 21 facilities in California, according to WARN notices filed with the state. The cuts take effect July 3, 2026.

The largest single reduction is 15 jobs at Adventist Health Bakersfield in Kern County. Other significant cuts include 12 jobs at Adventist Health Hanford in Kings County and 12 at Adventist Health Glendale in Los Angeles County. The remaining facilities are losing between 1 and 11 positions each, spread across 11 counties from Ventura to Yuba.
